C. B. Hall, President/CEO
After serving his country during the Korean War Era, C. B. Hall returned home to Charleston, WV to find civilian employment as an Insurance Field Agent to support his young family. Eventually, In 1961, C. B. purchased and built what is now the C. B. Hall Insurance Agency, Inc. C. B. is well-known for his many years of service in various charitable and civic organizations. C. B. and his wife Virginia enjoy gardening, spending time with family and friends and working in their local church.
Janice Waine, Treasurer, Office Manager and Personal Lines
Shortly after her graduation from West Virginia Institute of Technology, Jan Waine, daughter of C. B. Hall, began her insurance career in 1983 in the family business here at C. B. Hall Insurance. Jan enjoys pets, the beach, music, spending time with friends and family and working in her local church. In addition, Her office mates report that she is also an accomplished cook, famous for her mac and cheese, brownies, banana bread and much more.
Timothy Lavender, Commercial Lines
Following his graduation from West Virginia University, Tim Lavender began his career at C. B. Hall Insurance Agency in 1993. Tim is a sportsman, having coached youth soccer and basketball for several years, and is also an avid outdoorsman, fisherman and hobby farmer. He enjoys Literature and Bluegrass music and spending time with his wife, family and friends. Tim has a great sense of humor and always enjoys a good laugh.
James Bowe, Customer Service and Personal Lines
James came to C. B. Hall Insurance Agency in 2010 after a 30-year career in Retail. He serves as the Customer Service Rep and assists with Personal Lines. He is a Bi-Vocational Independent Baptist Pastor and also enjoys writing, singing, guitar playing, travel, collecting model cars, aircraft and spacecraft and loves dogs and spending time with his wife, family and friends.
